As a nursing student at Queens College in New York I studied nutrition and began to appreciate the value of quality foods in building good health. After discovering the additional benefits of vitamins and herbs, I embarked on a formal study of natural health and attended the Academy of Natural Health Sciences. I am certified as a Natural Health Care Practitioner with training and certification in a variety of areas such as Herbalism, Kinesiology, Aromatherapy, and Voice Bio Analysis. As an educator and practitioner I utilize a variety of assessment tools, including a body energy scan using the cutting edge technology of the Zyto Compass, pH testing, Kinesiology and Voice Bioanalysis.
Natural health care, principles of sound nutrition, and top quality nutritional products have enabled me to solve many health issues for myself and my family. Now, with my own practice, I help others seeking alternative solutions for their own health challenges.
In addition to private consultations, I do Lunch and Learn natural health workshops for businesses, focusing on how to reduce the effects of stress with aromatherapy (or other relevant topics), home aromatherapy spa parties, children's wellness workshops for child care centers and schools as well as health and wellness fairs/expos.
