
Stan Kowalski, Race Director
Stan Kowalski, also known as the “5K Guy,” is an avid runner who has participated in over 100 road races. Stan has been made an “honorary member” of the Waldwick Chamber of Commerce for all his hard work and effort coordinating the 5K event. For anyone who’s spoken to Stan, you’ll quickly realize he’s very passionate about the sport of running. He has brought that passion and enthusiasm to the Waldwick Chamber of Commerce by “raising the bar” of this event and making it what it is today. He leaves no stone unturned. His attention to detail is impeccable which guarantees a wonderful & safe time for every person who participates. Stan is currently employed as a manager for the New York Times Company and lives in Waldwick.

Christine Figliuolo became President of the Waldwick COC in February of 2007. As a Wedding and Special Event Planner, Christine is armed with the local contacts and resources to pull together any event the Chamber may be planning. She has assembled an incredible team of individuals to work with her on all the Chamber plans throughout the year. Since accepting her position, she is very proud of how much the COC has grown, and feels that “power in numbers” is what it takes. Christine resides in Waldwick with her 3 daughters and husband Jimmy.
Doug Yuen, Webmaster
Efficient Websites
Doug Yuen manages the website and email communications for the Waldwick 5K. He designed the current layout for the Waldwick Chamber of Commerce website, including the new section devoted to the 5K Run. As the Corresponding Secretary for the Waldwick Chamber of Commerce, Doug maintains the website and manages email communications for the Chamber. He is the owner of Efficient Websites and has been building websites for over 12 years.
Kim Post, Chamber Executive Secretary
Kim Post has served as the Waldwick COC Executive Secretary since February of 2009. Her role was created so that the COC could grow, and the Chamber has grown significantly since Kim joined on. Her organizational skills are second to none. She maintains membership renewals, solicits sponsors, handles new business grand openings, and works closely with the Chamber’s web designer and race director to make sure that all pertinent information gets out to membership. With her professional and pleasant way, she has boosted the Chamber to another level. Kim resides in Waldwick with her 4 children and husband John.
